From the care of the land, to selection of vines, to cutting the top and end of the grappa, to the bottling and distribution: each operation boasts over a century of experience that the Bertagnollis have been refining over the years through increasingly specialized and innovative systems.
The cutting operations are carried out by the Master Distiller, a true professional with an artisan's spirit, who possesses the skills to shape the grappa's personality. Each Bertagnolli generation has had the chance to rely on a Master Distiller, who has been able to transmit the grappa's original features with great care, making changes and improvements to the distillation stills. Today the Master Distiller is the oenologist Antonio Moser, who follows all the process of distillation with care and passion.
