Bertagnolli's " pure heart Grappa" is the result of continuous improvements to the distillation system to ensure that the product maintains only the aromatic and sensorial components which provide its excellent quality.

The grape-pomace comes from the different vines that are grown in the region of Trento.

The various origin gives each Bertagnolli grappa typical features and personality, which therefore becomes an unique product where taste and aroma are its main distinctive elements.

Similarly to wine, also grappas be they young, aged, aromatic or dry can be combine with different foods. That enable consumers to discover unexpected and surprising taste matchings. Bertagnolli's grappas bear the seal of the region of Trento Grappa Protection Institute which certifies the origin of the pomace and the quality of the grappa.
