The raw material essential for the distillation are conferred from selected wine cellars localted in the Plain Rotaliana; the geographical proximity guarantees peculiar and essential characteristics for an ideal distillation of the grape-pomace: the freshness (grape-pomace just pressed) and the softness (pomace not twisted by the pressing).
The suppliers are regularly submitted to a rigorous protocol for a natural production.
Even the Bertagnolli UNI ENI ISO 9001 Certification implies specific qualitative standard regarding also the supplier of the raw material.
